Australian / Domestic Shipping

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

Once your BU-MA is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All BU-MA Products are shipped with 100% recyclable, eco-friendly packaging. No plastic waste here.

Domestic Costs

  • LOO: $15 (under 1kg)

  • SHAZ: $17 (under 1.5kg)

  • BATH: $20 (max 3kg)

  • YOGA, BED, ROUND + SQUARE: $24 (max 5kg)

  • ROOM are available via custom orders and shipping costs will be discussed with Cass

International Shipping

International friends! Due to the variance in weight, size, customs fees, and shipping destinations - ALL international orders will be quoted separately.

Please note: You will be charged $0 at checkout, but will receive a separate invoice with the shipping fee for your order. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.

Customs + Duties:

Customs and duty fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

We do not refund shipping costs for parcels refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Packaging

We use HeapsGood, B-Corp Certified packaging. All 100% eco-friendly and recyclable. This helps reduce unnecessary waste going to landfill.

Please open your parcel carefully to avoid damaging the contents.

If you need a tax invoice, get in touch and we will send one through.

Extra info

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (in rare cases, dispatch may take up to 3 days).

All orders are shipped from regional Northern NSW, so please allow a few extra days due to regional shipping being a little slower. Shipping times may also increase during peak periods such as Christmas (if you need your order ASAP please email us about express shipping options).

BU-MA is not liable for parcels lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address. Once your order is in transit, we are no longer responsible for that item. While BU-MA will assist you where we can with missing parcels, the shipping company is the best point of call for all shipment enquiries.


Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order. If you are unsure about any of our products, please email Cass (hi@bumabuma.com) so she can help you prior to placing your order.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can make it right for you. To make this process seamless, please email us with your order number, description of the issue and clear photo of the issue.
